When We Are Open

Office hours for phone calls and walk-in enquiries:

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 17:00 (last appointment at 16:00)
  • Saturday: 08:30 to 13:30 (last appointment at 12:00)
  • Sunday: closed

Valuations take time to do properly, so we hold the last hour of the day for the appointment already in the diary. If you need a slot later than this, mention it when you book and we will do our best to make a plan.

WhatsApp messages, emails, and form submissions sent outside these hours are answered first thing the next working day.

Our head office is in Johannesburg, Gauteng. We hold appointments at our private offices and, where appropriate, at your home or place of work. For the full list of areas we cover, see our locations page.
